Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei episode 2 plot

It is time for the entrance test at First High. As Honoka waits her turn, Miyuki arrives and causes a commotion among her classmates. Honoka is in amazement at Miyuki’s out-of-this-world appearance, which grows more over time.

When Shizuku inquires, Honoka verifies Miyuki is the girl from the entrance exam she has been referring to all this time and decides to become friends with Miyuki. Then, Honoka watches as Miyuki delivers her speech at the matriculation ceremony.

Saegusa Mayumi and Watanabe Mari, who are watching from the side of the stage, are very moved by Miyuki’s speech. Mayumi acknowledges that Miyuki is precisely what she was hoping for.

Honoka is rehearsing her introduction to Miyuki in Class 1-A. When Miyuki enters the room, she raises a commotion among the other students before making her way to the seat behind Shizuku. To everyone’s enjoyment and Honoka’s terror, Honoka trips over her own feet while trying to go and say hello since she is frazzled.

After assisting Honoka to stand back up, Miyuki introduces herself. Shizuku joins them after Miyuki asks Honoka to be friends. To Honoka’s shame, Shizuku informs Miyuki that Honoka has been a major fan of hers since the entrance exam.

Final thoughts

In Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei episode 2, the exaggeration of Mayumi and Honoka’s feelings for the Shiba siblings becomes stronger. Moreover, in this episode, both fall deeply in love with their siblings. After that, however, the “weed” and “blossom” classification transforms into something much more discriminatory.
